Jason Cohen

Jason Cohen is the Director of Asset Management at Maxim Capital Group, where he is responsible for monitoring Maxim’s portfolio of loans. Prior to joining Maxim, Jason was an Associate Asset Manager at Time Equities, Inc., where he assisted in managing approximately 13 million square feet of mixed-use assets nationwide. In this role, Jason initiated all aspects of the business plan such as leasing, loan management, budgeting, and dispositions. Previously, Jason was an Acquisition Associate at DHA Capital, where he underwrote ground-up development projects, and an Analyst at ABS Partners Real Estate.

Jason holds a BBA in Strategic Design & Management from Parsons School of Design at The New School and an MS in Real Estate Investment from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
