    • Lien Position First & Second Mortgages and Mezzanine Loans
    • Interest Rate Starting at 7%, Interest-Only
    • Loan to Value 65%
    • Transaction Types Note/NPL acquisition financing, debtor-in-possession financing, special situations, time sensitive closings, partnership restructuring and ground-up construction.
