Tara Guilfoyle

Tara Guilfoyle is the Managing Director of Investor Relations at Maxim, where she has built and led the firm’s Investor Relations program over the past seven years. In this capacity, she serves as the primary liaison to the firm’s investor base, directing capital-raising strategy, managing investor communications and reporting, and spearheading the buildout of the firm’s investor technology infrastructure, including its CRM platform and Investor Portal.

Prior to joining Maxim, Tara served as Director of Investor Relations at Castellan Real Estate Partners, a vertically integrated investment firm with platforms spanning bridge lending, equity investments, and property management.

Tara holds a Master of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business, a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, and an Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America.
